Jenny Solomon

Jenny brings a wealth of expertise in governance, strategy, human resources, and leadership development to the Haemata team. She has an impressive track record, having successfully managed Westpac's RTO in Sydney for three years and establishing a successful whānau-based Māori tertiary training organisation.

With her strong business acumen, Jenny holds four governance roles and provides consultancy services for various projects. Her passion lies in achieving positive social outcomes and promoting equality in Aotearoa, and she actively serves as a Trustee on five Boards dedicated to these kaupapa. Additionally, Jenny is the Chair of Auckland Council's Māori and Pasifika Trades Training Consortium, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to empowering Māori and Pasifika communities. She recently completed a two-year internship on the Board of Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, further enhancing her understanding of governance and strategic decision-making.
