Mark is an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development specialist who has held senior management positions in large government departments. He has successfully managed the restructuring and implementation of HR systems and practices in several government and educational organisations.
For more than two decades, Mark has provided organisational/business consultancy services to a wide range of organisations. He is a skilled facilitator and trainer with a keen interest in the Treaty of Waitangi, bicultural and cross-cultural training.
Additionally, Mark has led organisational restructures, team resets, staff engagement projects, team and business planning, strategy and innovation development and performance management support.
