With significant strengths in te reo Māori and tikanga, Te Aorangi has successfully managed and executed numerous projects from a Māori perspective. He offers guidance and support to various organisations, and his expertise extends to facilitating and providing technological solutions for learning delivery and business applications.

Te Aorangi is passionate about driving positive change in the revitalisation of the Māori language and the advancement of the Māori economy. Governance is another area Te Aorangi is passionate about, and he currently sits on a range of boards, including BayTrust, which is appointed by the Minister of Finance, and Squash Bay of Plenty. He is also the youngest member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) to go through the chartered pathway.
